Fees

Arista Center is a private non-profit agency. Fees for service are based on a sliding scale. We accept assignments from many insurances and are providers for may managed care companies including GHI, Value Options, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan, United Health Care and HIP. We are also providers for Medicare, Medicaid, many Medicaid managed care plans and Child Health Plus plans. for more information about fees, or insurance, please contact us at (718) 793-3133.
